Before setting up his own businesses, Jeremy was:

• Non-exec Director and FD, Redrow Group Plc., North Wales (2 years)

• Lead Advisory Partner, Ernst & Young, Scotland and London (3 years)

Jeremy helps organisations and their owners, whether it be to solve a problem; put management disciplines and an effective business model in place; coach senior management, value a business or assist in governance.

He has also been brought in to advise in tense situations with high stakes.
